It is important that you have PABX phone system to ensure you can access the full functionality that ISDN lines provide including immediate, high-quality connections to give you better customer communications & Direct Dial In (DDI) - allowing your callers to dial direct to extensions without going via reception, saving valuable time!  A 100 indial range costs $33.88/month, so you get 100 additional extensions for the price of only one more line!

An ISDN phone line is a digital service that provides enhanced functionality via digital dransmission and can replace conventional analogue telephone lines. It is available in configurations of 2, 10, 20 or 30 channels. ISDN 10/20/30 Business Phones can provide up to 30 x 64kbps channels making it suitable for small or large applications.

Typical applications include call centres and offices requiring large numbers of multiple lines or extensions. ISDN provides Business Phone users with digital access to switched voice and data over a single integrated network connection.  Calls can be placed on hold and put through to other extensions or mobile phones.

ISDN 10/20/30 is a premium business grade service for all local, national, mobile, international and special service calls.


Call dialing and disconnection is faster allowing for increased efficiency and the indial feature allows you to direct dial extensions rather than go via a switchboard or receptionist.

ISDN internal extensions provide the flexibility you need to connect multiple ISDN terminals and consolidate your ISDN data and voice service needs without losing your Indial advantages. For businesses with data networks the S-Bus adds flexibility and security by providing a back up to existing networks plus a dial up capability from remote sites.

If you require this enhanced functionality for your growning business, we can arrange for the change over from standard analogue landlines, into digital ISDN lines. You will need to keep a standard analogue line in place for your broadband service and any other services you may employ that specifically require an analogue line.
